1K EPOXY PRIME AEROSOL 400ml - Grey

This all-purpose 1K Epoxy Primer is ideal for spot repairs being fast drying. It is a perfect barrier against moisture being the best possible protection against rust with excellent adhesion to most substrates (including steel, zinc coated steel, aluminium).

Depending on the nature of the substrate 400 ml is sufficient for approx 1 m²

Process:
It is essential to wear a respirator mask!
Clean and the surface with Silicone Remover Spray
Thoroughly clean fiberglass surfaces with Plastic Cleaner (145.985)
Shake the can before use for at least 2 minutes
Test spray
The damaged area must be dry and free of grease and dust
As a primer apply an uniform layer of 20-30 µm in 1-2 work steps
You can recoat at 20°C: 12 - 15 minutes
Drying time: infrared drying: 8 - 10 minutes
Spray jet is adjustable
