Covid19 Update

Update as of 8 November 2021, Monday

Auckland moves to Alert Level 3 Step 2 at 11:59pm 9 November. Upper Northland moves to Alert Level 2 at 11:59pm 11 November. Parts of Waikato remain at Alert Level 3 Step 2. The rest of NZ is at Alert Level 2.

 

How will this affect the way our company can operate:


Auckland, and Parts of Waikato Alert Level 3 Step 2

  1. Our Auckland warehouse is now open to the public but we will follow safety protocols.
    1. Face coverings are required to be worn when inside the store.
    2. We encourage everyone to scan the displayed Covid QR code.
    3. Please keep 2 metres apart from other people when inside the store. 
  2. When ordering: we encourage you to phone or email your order in advance and pay through credit card to minimise contact.
  3. When collecting orders: Contactless collections only. We will contact you once your order is ready for collection. 
  4. Our couriers will be doing contactless deliveries and leave them at your front door. 
  5. Our sales team and delivery vans, if available, can make contactless deliveries. They can be contacted through phone and email only.


The rest of the country operating at Alert Level 2 

  1. Our Christchurch, Nelson, and Dunedin stores will now be open to the public but it will mandate some safety protocols:
    1. Face coverings are required to be worn when inside the store.
    2. We encourage everyone to scan the displayed Covid QR code.
    3. Please keep 2 metres apart from other people when inside the store. 
  2. We encourage you to phone or email your order in advance and pay through credit card to minimise contact.

  1. Our websites will be open 24/7.
  2. Order as per normal. 

 

Our team is going to be using the proper PPE and we will equip our stores with hand sanitisers. Please help protect our staff by wearing a mask when collecting orders. We will have our QR code visible for you to scan. If there are some delays in your orders, please understand that we are operating in a challenging time. Our couriers and staff are doing the best they can to fulfil and deliver your orders. We have the right to refuse service to anyone who will endanger our staff. If sick, please stay at home.
