UV PRIMER 1000ML

Carsystem UV Filler is a UV-drying 1K filler for fast and economical repair.

The filler is suitable for use on existing paint coatings (including thermoplastic acrylates), steel, aluminium, galvanized steel and polyester putty. Before application on plastic it is necessary to spray a suitable plastic primer.

Due to an extremely short drying time of 5 minutes the UV filler has an enormous advantage compared to conventional 2K filler products.

> Colour: transparent / grey
> Gun set up 1.00 - 1.2 mm
> Spray coats: 2 (recommended)
> Flash-off-time: 2 min. (at 20°C)
> Drying time: 5 min. with UV Lamp
> Dry film thickness 60 – 80 µm / Layer
