TEXTURE BUMPER COATING BLACK

A flexible textured black satin finish on rigid plastic bumpers and plastic parts. Not to be applied over bare plastic but to be applied over an existing primer or a sound paint finish (not enamel) using a spay gun with a 1.2 – 2.0mm fluid tip at 250 – 350kPa.

Directions: Existing sound paint should be sanded with P320-P400 and cleaned before and after sanding with Pacer Prepare It. New surfaces have to be primed with a plastic adhesion promoter. Texture Coat is ready for use but can be thinned up to 25% with Pacer General Purpose Thinners. Apply 2-4 wet coats allowing a flash off of 5-10 mins between coats. Drying is approx 1-3 hours air dry at 20 °C.
