The videos will show that the MBX not only removes undercoating, seam sealer
and
paint, but will do so with incredible speed and little effort. The tool accomplishes
this by hitting the undercoating or seam sealer off. The MBX does not grind and,
therefore, it does not create heat or dust. The end result is a machine that
works up to 10 times faster than any current methods with better working conditions.
A nylon stripping
wheel can often break or splinter when it
hits a sharp edge or bolt, but this is where
the MBX works quickly and effectively with
the use of its independent wire bristles.
Often
undercoating or sealer has to be heated with
a torch to soften the material before it
can be removed, creating hazardous fumes.
Not
so with the MBX, which removes such material
quickly and safely.
If you look at the fact
that the MBX can conservatively save one
technician one hour a day on undercoating,
sealer, paint
and rust removal it doesn't take long to
see a return on the tool. On top of this
you can factor in the savings made on not
using
as many nylon stripping wheels.
You can also attach to the MBX machine a
rubber eraser wheel that removes decals from
vehicles effortlessly without damaging 2k
painted surfaces. The eraser wheel spins
on a cushion of air to run at the optimum
speed and temperature to remove decals and
tape from the back of mouldings.
